Giveaway & Review: VTech’s Switch & Go Dinos

This post brought to you by VTechKids. All opinions are 100% mine.

My son couldn’t wait to open and play with VTech’s new Switch & Go Dinos when it first arrived at our door. Not only was my son excited but so were my daughters and truth be told – I was also excited.

VTech’s latest electronic learning toy – Switch & Go Dinos combines two boy favorites into one toy – dinosaurs easily morph into vehicles and back again.

We were sent two Switch & Go Dinos:

  • Silver, The T-Rex Dino and
  • Horns, The Triceratops Dino

I gave my son, Silver, The T-Rex Dino. The other one, Horns, The Triceratops Dino, will be given away to one lucky Happy Clippings reader! Will you be the winner?! Be sure to enter – see GIVEAWAY details at the end of this post. ***UPDATE – GIVEAWAY is CLOSED. Winner is Shannon R. ***

The minute my son started playing with Silver, The T-Rex Dino, he was having fun.

SwitchAndGo Sliver

He was able to easily change it from car to dinosaur and back again. I knew my son would enjoy this Switch & Go Dino because he loves playing with vehicles such as cars.

A nice feature of the Switch & Go Dino is the LCD screen for customizable animation. Kids can personalize it by selecting driver faces when in vehicle form. My son likes being able to change which the driver to display. (They can also change the animated dinosaur eyes when in dinosaur form.)

The car turning into a dinosaur is a big bonus feature for my son. It’s two toys for the price of one.

My son also loves to learn. When in dinosaur mode, VTech’s Switch & Go Dinos, says fun phrases but also some educational ones. My son’s favorite – “a T-Rex can eat 500 pounds of meat in one bite!” I love that he is learning interesting dinosaur facts while playing.

My son definitely has an interactive 2-in-1 play experience with VTech’s Switch & Go Dinos. My son went further with his imaginative play to create what he calls a flying dino and flying car.

Looks it’s a flying car!

VTech’s Switch & Go Dinos would make great birthday or holiday gift for your son, grandson, nephew or friend’s son.
